General Information about the VersiGrid™ soil stabilizer ecogrid type systems
Please consider using VersiGrid™ to replace ALL of your vehicular, pedestrian, and agricultural traffic surfaces.
VersiGrid™ may be used to replace almost any asphalt or concrete vehicular traffic surface - including public and private roads, streets, parking lots, bridge roadways, etc.
You may consider it to be a military/commercial/civil/developmental grade of roadway product
Several grades are also available. Which? is most appropriate for your projects would depend upon several factors. Those would include (but not be limited to) expected traffic patterns/frequency, expected vehicular weights, intended usage, type of roadway or surface you intend (i.e, vehicular/residential/consumer: commercial, military, steeltracked, constructon and/or articulated vehicles, local climate, site-specific geotechs such as soil type, ground condition, etc.: and so on...)

Please Note: You may find of particular importance the notes below:
(1) "When correctly engineered and fully utilized, VersiGrid™ may replace - or render superfluous and unnecessary - any and all additional or corollary stormwater or nonpoint source pollution control features in you design, such as bio-swales, infiltration ponds, greenbreaks, green-buffers, SWR retention/detention structures, etc.."
(2) When correctly installed and engineered, VersiGrid™ may PREVENT the creation of any incremental stormwater runoff (nonpoint source pollution).
You may wish to consider the above factor, when presenting the the local administrative authorities your proposal/applicaton for this project's code or permitting.

Nonpoint Source Pollution Education for Municipal Officials
Through various projects and funding sources, BRPC is providing education to municipal officials regarding polluted runoff or "nonpoint" source pollution. The program identifies the different types of pollutants associated with different land uses. The goal of the education program is to help municipal officials recognize the environmental impacts of land use planning decisions. NEMO presentations are available to all communities upon request.
MASS / GOV also has plenty of information about NEMO, and the necessity that Municipal Employees discontinue specifying construction standards or materials which create NONPOINT water pollution.
